Benubird PDF is an excellent free program to manage all types of documents. With its help, you can break through the clutter of folders. Benubird PDF imports the metadata of each document that you work with, but you yourself, if you want, can put your own labels on them. Benubird PDF has a button on the panel from which to do searches.

It also comes ready to convert documents to PDF, compress into ZIP or email. Benubird PDF works with more than eighty varieties of documents, whether they are Office files, OpenOffice, photos, videos, compressed files, and so on. It allows you to add, edit or remove properties from PDF files (title, author, subject, key etc). It's notable for its ability to organize document collections from a single click.

Each file can belong to different collections, so you don't have to make copies of your documents.

Its interface stands out for being clear and intuitive, based on the Microsoft Office Fluent system, which is similar to that of Office 2007. It also includes a function to detect changes in the folders.
